Mr. Hai began his legal career as a volunteer lawyer at the Darebin Community Legal Centre in Melbourne where he assisted the team with domestic violence and family law matters. He was also a trainee lawyer at Erskine Rodan & Associates, Melbourne. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the High Court of Australia and the High Court of New Zealand.
He is a senior lawyer at Blackcoat Partners where he focuses on immigration law. He has vast experience in appearing before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Courts. Mr Hai’s other areas of practice are Criminal Law & Family Law. He has vast knowledge and experience in these areas, and is very professional.
Mr Hai is fluent in English, Marma, Rakhine, Bengali and Hindi.
